Her background in strategic financial planning and international trade structuring ensures rigorous operational integrity, prudent risk governance, and sustainable enterprise scaling across multi-jurisdictional supply chains.
Jerry Guo
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Brings over a decade of executive-level international trade and global procurement experience across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Jerry directs State Trade’s global trade standards, sourcing strategies, upstream origin partnerships, and high-stakes contract structuring, combining deep quantitative commercial analysis with an expansive international buyer and supplier network.
Specialized Operations & Project Leadership
Leads the Monsheng Strategic Project and manages high-value enterprise accounts. Esther specializes in strategic initiative incubation, cross-entity coordination, and tax and legal compliance frameworks, ensuring seamless alignment between complex industrial demands and international regulatory standards.
Focuses on digital infrastructure coordination, quality assurance protocols, and online commercialization. Kevin bridges industrial trade workflows with modern technology, overseeing digital product rollout, QA/QC system integrity, and digital channel optimization for State Trade’s specialty project portfolios.
